I’m looking for a meaninful, unique Christmas present for my Fiance. He is in the National Guard and he leaves for BCT/AIT in January, so I want this to be very special.

Yeah, I thought about personlized dog tags. For example, one that would say: “Keep me close to your heart. I love you always & forever (My name).”
I know someone who makes unique personalized clocks. I have seen there organization make ones for police men, fire fighters, and army men. I am sure they can whip up something for your national guardsmen. Email them if your interested

Christmas present for a hockey loving boyfriend?
My boyfriend and I have been together a few months now. I’ve already decided that I’m buying him a new hoodie, but I would like to get him something really awesome and unique to go with it.
He absolutely LOVES hockey, it’s pretty much his life. He’s even played for the Hockey Canada Under 18 league. Actually, he loves pretty much every sport, and is very active and goes for a run every morning.
He also loves music, but already has an iPod and all the accessories to go with it.
I’m not very creative when it comes to thinking of gifts, and I’m not picky when it comes to the price of gifts.
Any suggestions?
I used to date a hockey fan. I was actually looking for gifts on Ebay, and I found these neon signs that had team logos on them. The sign wasn’t huge, but it was just right to hang on the wall over his bed. He used to plug it in whenever he was watching his team play. You can get them for extremely cheap (like 99 cents), but since they’re shipped from overseas (mine was from Hong Kong), the shipping will end up being about $35. Getting a neon sign with his favorite team’s logo for under $40 was a great deal, and he LOVED it.
