your symbols, your traditions, they’re all pagan!?
The cross is an ancient pagan symbol, December 25th is the B day of several gods and goddesses. Halloween is strictly pagan. Most Christmas traditions are pagan, gift giving ,yule logs Xmas trees ect. Easter eggs, the concept of resurrection, and new life from death. Go learn the truth. Can faith disprove facts. here’s some info.

Good thing I’m not Xian, I guess. My religion’s traditions are distinctly our own. 
The morality of gifts?
I am the only person I know that feels bad when relatives give me things. I mean Birthday gifts and Christmas gifts, fine, it’s tradition. But buying me lunch on a Saturday or giving me a case of soda or giving me your old car or money for no reason? This bothers me.
I’ve done nothing to earn it. I do not want it. They oftentimes don’t even let me decline, they just throw stuff at me until I take it. And it makes me feel guilty.
.. I either want to get over it so I can act like everyone else OR figure out a way to decline. One or the other.
….. I mean, yes, I am unemployed and running out of money, but they don’t know that. They think I’m doing well. So giving me random things is just … I think it is wrong.
I don’t see what’s wrong with it unless they’re doing it to manipulate you somehow (e.g. “I gave you that car 1/5/10/100 years ago, you owe me now!”). In a healthy family relationship, people who give each other presents do it because they care. You don’t have to do anything special to earn it because they love you and they obviously think they’re doing you a favor by giving you a present. In fact, your constant attempts at refusing the present could very well be hurting or insulting them too.
You have three options here:
1) Keep doing what you’re doing and hope they get the message eventually, preferably before this goes too far and someone winds up really hurt;
2) Sit down with each of your relatives, or with someone who would be willing to talk to them for you, and explain that while you appreciate their thoughtfulness you would prefer for them to ask you before giving you a gift, let you pay for lunch sometimes, or pass the gifts on to someone who needs it more;
3) Accept their gifts graciously. Keep and use the ones that would be obvious if you got rid of them (like the car, which might also help you get a new job), and pass on the other things to someone else if you really don’t want or need them.
