I need a new fun, creative way to exchange Christmas gifts at a party.?
We have a yearly ornament exchange at our Christmas party. I have run out of ideas of the exchanging part. We have run the gamet on drawing names, numbers, going forward and backwards, ect. Any fun idea’s out there?
Everyone brings a gift, female bring female gift, male, male gift. Then put them all in a pile and play a game that when the music stops whoever is holding something(anything) they get to choose first, then next, and so on.
Male gifts wrapped green, female wrapped red.
Do Gift Cards Make Any Sense?
It just seems silly to me. Everyone is broke, running around buying gift cards for Christmas. I now have money for stores, that is nice, but I went broke trying to buy them some, and I know they did the same.
Thank you! The whole money thing does not make any sense. Why not just have everyone keep their money, make some pot luck and have a nice Christmas?

Sometimes people want you to have freedom to choose what you get or don’t know what you’d want. I think gift cards show that you put more thought than taking some money than shoving it into a box (although I love getting money for Christmas).
Also, they make gift cards for restaurant. Say that you liked a Mexican restaurant a lot. Would someone give you a taco in wrapping paper for Christmas? That’d be a little weird if they did.
