Well, My birthday’s coming up turning 11 years old on May 7. What should I do. I live in (SAN DIEGO) Southern California so please suggest what I should do. And also, I want a cell phone because its my birthday buy my Dad says I can’t have one. But I really want something expensive. More than $100. I really want the Sony Ericsson w580i. Should I have a party? My dad said no for my cell phone even though its my birthday. I don’t like it. How can I convince him. Its my birthday and I want a cell phone. I just want to convince him that I want a cell phone. And I want to expect expensive gifts. Please help me. Im confused. What should I do.

I live in SoCal too. :]. But lets start out with the whole cell phone and expensive gift thing. Your dad said no. And he means NOOOOOOO! I think your expecting too much. Maybe he wants your gift too be a surprise. Dont you like surprises. I sure do . Just let your parents get what they can afford. Maybe they will get you something better. When I turned 13 my parents said its either a birthday party or a present. So you should be thankful for what you have and allowed to have.
